@mprgansam&nbsp;Do you have Mods/CC? I you do, please test without saving to see if the issue is gone if you remove the following cache file and the Mods folder as directed in the spoiler tag:&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Spoiler (Highlight to read)Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4]&nbsp;to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete&nbsp;the&nbsp;localthumbcache.package&nbsp;file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can then test without saving&nbsp;– or in a new vanilla game save&nbsp;–&nbsp;in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issueExit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4]&nbsp;to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete&nbsp;the&nbsp;localthumbcache.package&nbsp;file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issueI know it's not ideal, but you could try turning off autonomy:&nbsp;Load your game, then enter a game save. From the 'World Select' or Manage Worlds/World Menu View, select the three dots (Options Menu) &gt; Game Options &gt; Gameplay and adjust the "Autonomy' settings. You can try just turning it off, or you can try turning it off for your 'selected sim'.
