this sim hasn'y got any greeting excepts respectful greeting. This is more strange that she has 7lvl of charism. it is an invisible buff that block that ?
Is she Proper? I believe that many introductions are renamed "respectful greeting" if your Sim has the proper trait.
But normally we had more options to greeting. friendly, polite, sexy.. and mean greeting. Here there is only 1.

Proper Sims have renamed "more respectful" romance options and "Respectful Introduction." They do not have things like "flirty introduction" because it's "less respectful." They also disapprove of mean and mischievous socials.
"Is she Proper?" is a rhetorical question, BTW. "Respectful Introduction" is only available to Proper Sims (unless you have a mod that changes this.)
