When I click the game icon to open up the game, it crashes almost immediately, and before this I have been struggling with a CAS infinite loading screen, I have just got a new laptop so Im sure I've messed something up somewhere. Not entirely sure how to fix this problem though.

Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
