My Sims 4 have trouble with this...

So basically, when I updated it, it started becoming like this, and when I try to create a new Sim, it crashes and I can't remove any features (hair, eyebrows, clothes, etc.), and shortly after that, it will suddenly force stop.

Can someone help me explain about why this happen to me?
