my sims 4 keeps crashing at the loading screen after i added new cc

i am having a very annoying problem with my sims 4 digital deluxe. Two or three hours ago it was completely fine i was creating a sim and i noticed that i needed more cc so i saved and closed the game and downloaded some new cc, but when i opened it got me through the title screen but it crashed at the loading screen, and a message pops up saying that ''the sims 4 quit unexpectedly' i tried deleting some of my cc it still didnt work i also tried removing my new cc it would still crash but the message didnt pop up anymore,  when i removed my whole mods folder it still kept crashing at the loading screen but the message doesnt pop up anymore ive been trying to solve this for a hour or two it still keeps crashing, i also tried screen recording the game crashing but the app i use to record crashes, i tried screen recording my home screen normally without opening sims it didnt crash, i also noticed that after the game crashes a file pops up in the mods folder i deleted it i open the sims it crashes i open the mods folder the file is there again i attached my laptops model info and thee file.
