my sims 4 keeps glitching

Question

My sims 4 keeps glitching, either my characters get stuck or my animals, I've tried resetting them but nothing changes.&nbsp;

@Pety98x  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? If so, does it work if you remove them ?

@crinrict I don’t think so no, I only use the cheat to make them happy but even when I create a new family and stop using it I still get glitches.

@Pety98x  Could you try repairing your game through Origin if that helps.

For Origin

Close the game
Right-Click on the game in the origin library
Choose Repair game

For Steam:

Close the game
Right Click on the game in your library
Choose Properties
Choose tab Local Files
Press Verify Integrity of Game Files

This doesn't work if you're using EA Desktop Beta (please install Origin) or if you're on console
