My Sims Baby bump is not showing at all during pregnancy.

My sims baby bump isnt showing at all during pregnancy, i am playing sims 4 on Mac.

I have tried seeing if it was just the cc my sim was wearing and took that off and she still doesn't show. She does not have a pregnancy walk and her stomach is flat. She is on her second trimester. Im at a loss

Please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
