My woman sim get fire and her husband doesn't extinguish the fire to save her..

This is Unbelievable how this new update * up the game.. I playing, trying to extinguish the fire at the washing machine everybody runs out from the house... nearly everything burn down.. okay.. I received compensation.. BUT.. My woman sim begin cook at the cooker... randomly get burn.. the other sims.. doesn't extinguish because OH FIRE!!! and they let she die there.. I rage quited the game... Idk what kind of bug is thiat.. but it would be good if you fix that.
