need help making alpha cc hair

hi!
i'm undergoing the massive challenge (for me that is since i have little to no cc making knowledge xp ) of wanting to make all ea hairs look like realistic looking alpha cc hairs.
i could use tutorials on how to turn a clay hair into an alpha. i tried looking on youtube but only found tutorials for recoloring and retexturing already made alpha hairs.

so if you can instruct me here or send me links to tutorials, or even links to ea game hairs turned into alpha hairs that i didn't know exist, i would be SO grateful!!!!!!
