As of last week, anytime I log into the Sims 4, my Sims have disappeared from the lower left corner. The needs panel also disappeared. I also cannot click on the gallery or exit the game (I have to restart my computer to exit). I have tried removing my mods completely, deleting the cache, deleting recent saves, and repairing add-ons through the EA app and this problem still hasn't fixed itself. I'm not having any issues with these. The GUI loads with no issues
I'm guessing something is still active in your game.
You did do a game repair as well ? At this point, you might need to do a clean reinstall. You can find a guide here:

FunrunDoes do you usually use uicheats? if you do it is likely you still have some files in your sims 4 folder not in the mods folder in documents/electronic arts/the sims 4
