New enchanted by nature clothes glitching

Whenever I put on the new clothes from the new expansion pack my sims glitch like this, I don’t have mods installed and they are not enabled. My sims also look like this in game not just in CAS

Please try deleting the file called localthumbcache and running a Game Repair. Then look again in a new save with no mods/CC. Let me know if that works (though I might not see this till the weekend).
