new food sims 4

Whenever I put an infant in a high chair and want to make it try new food, the bubble saying the parent can't get there appears. 

It only does that when I make the infant try food. Normal food works for toddlers. 

I tried to put the high chair without anything around, back to a wall... nothing works. After putting the infant in the chair, the parent can't make it try new food.
