New Personality Panel Won't Load and Plays Loading Screen Music

I have the same problem.
@MLadyAzzera are your traits updated? Most of mine are, though I'll have to go through them all to check, because I've probably missed a couple.
Looks like I'll have to do without the sim profile feature because I'm not giving up custom traits!

I found the problem traits.
I had the Superkeener trait by Simmiller and Charismatic trait by Go Bananas, which have not been updated.
Once they were removed the sim profile started working again.
