No option to hire waiters or hosts

Hi, When I go to hire employees, I can hire chefs but there are no options availible to hire waiters or hosts, and they are required to run a restaurant. I have already removed my mods, with no luc...

      @jessicabin You said you made a fresh folder. Did it also not work on a new save on that ? Without anything put back ?
