No romance options for teenage sims?

Hello! One day I opened my save and there were suddenly no options for romance between my teen sims. They were maxed out on relationships so repaired I my game because I assumed it was just a one-time bug, BUT NO all my teens have no romance options with anyone, I've checked sexuality, I've checked age. It is simply missing from my game. What should I do? I've tried googling help and starting an EA sims case as I've done for previous problems, but I can't seem to do that anymore either. 

I've also disabled CC and Mods so that's not the problem.
