I play on pc and recently updated the game to the recent version, 1.118.242.1030.
At 5:30 pm CST, I was playing my game and it kept crashing while in the gallery (no downloads were made). Around 7:40-8:00 pm CST, the sleep and nap options on beds and sofas disappeared. This was not relevant before updating the game.
I saw that someone else submitted this bug and it was moved to troubleshooting. I'm willing to share my save file if more information is needed.
PLease don't create a new thread if you know there's another one.

DLJac You have mods that haven't been cleared as compatible with the game update yet. See Broken and Updated Mods and CC .

Thanks for responding. My mods are updated. I’ve followed along with the mods news on Deaderpool’s discord and Scarlett’s mod report. Outdated mods were removed from the folder to my desktop.
I was playing with those mods when the sleep and nap options disappeared. Quick replay of what happened… I was playing in my household, went to manage worlds because I wanted to find a new lot, stayed in the gallery for over an hour, game crashed, relaunched game, went straight to manage worlds, stayed in the gallery for another hour, found two lots, placed them, went back to household, no sleep and nap options.
I removed the two lots, but the options are still not there. I’m going to test it a few more ways because I have my preupdated save file on my desktop, too.
Here’s the post I mentioned to save your time. Respectfully, every error cannot be automatically assumed as mod related just because a player has mods installed.
My status says New Rookie, but I’ve been playing modded sims since the beginning of Sims 3.

Update
The options are now showing again. I removed my mods folder, repaired the game via the EA app, and placed my mods folder back. Sleep and nap options were still not showing, so I decided to remove one of the lots I placed before this issue occurred. I bulldozed the pictured residential rental lot, and it fixed the issue. FYI: the other lot is just residential, so I didn't even investigate it, went straight to the residential rental since the game has frequent issues with this lot type.
Went into two separate households to test it.
