On Mac with only T.O.O.L and BBB installed. I can see the events tab in the main menu, I can complete the quest. But I can't actively get into the menu with the rewards through any means. It's been like this since the October 1st update if that helps.

Same here. I completed everything in week 1 but then it stopped working in week 2. I was hoping it would be fixed by now but it's week 3 now and I still can't complete quests/click on quests/ or make any progress. What a crock of BS.
I have all EP, SP, and GPs installed and no mods. I tried repairing the game or switching households but it's still not working.
