Oasis Springs
I'm still looking for a mod that turns the sand into grass in Oasis Springs. Does anyone know of such a mod?

- If you mean you want your lots to have a grass lawn instead of sand, there is a grass floor tile (I'm pretty sure it's base game). If you mean the in-between places, I'm not sure that's moddable, but I'm not a mod maker.
