This may already be a known issue but I'll post it anyway. This morning I installed TwistedMexi's "Underworlds" mod. I only put the Windenburg folder in my Mod folder. It caused an issue where my Sims could not travel to places in Windenburg. I got error code 123:bffd2f58:d7137ce6. As a test, I removed the entire Mods folder and started a new save and verified my Sims could travel around Windenburg as well as other worlds. No problems noted. I reinstalled my Mods folder and tried again. My Sims could travel anywhere in other worlds but not Windenburg. I removed the "Underworlds" mod and the issue is gone. This is not a gamebreaker for me, just wanted to mention it.
