[patch 1.122] Game launches to black screen with main-menu words but no picture

Since the update when I start my game I get the screen below, I can't do anything, can't open the settings can't exit the game litterely nothing even if it starts normally the animation and everything. I don't have any mods just some cc that I moved away from it's usual place before the update to start the game fresh with nothing.
