They're definitely not there, I've been through all the categories and they're not there at all

I am sorry that you are having this issue. I am checking that if they came in a zipped file or a rar file that you took the package files out of the zipped or rar file and placed them into the mods folder? Try putting the package files directly into the mods folder,not in a sub folder.
