Sorry for the late reply I think I fixed it. I took out Healthcare Redux and that seemed to have fixed the issue. The issue started back up again a couple days ago then I update Lumpinou's toolbox mod and that also seemed to fix the problem. I'm playing again and don't seem to have any issue :)
yowinfam I recommend subscribing to the Broken and Updated Mods and CC list. There's a new one for each major patch.
