please help

hi,  

my moodlets for my sims have been breaking.the actual moodlets turn a light blue/turquoise sometimes and the list of things the sims are going to do (next to the sims profile) has disappeared sometimes also the moodlets are extremeley delayed and they go onto other sims. ive tried deleting most of my mods but it still happens.
