@Gagea25 I did this and worked for a little while. After a day it started happening again! I did the same check as before and still no mess.

It sounds like whatever it is was there when you built the house. So, this is a long shot. When you built the house, did you bulldoze the lot first? I'm thinking that there may have been something on the lot that you didn't notice, and you built over it and is now stuck under the floor. Like a manure pile. If you put the house on a foundation, you could try deleting the floor in the rooms where you are getting the reaction. Turn MOO on and you shouldn't even have to more the furniture. Delete the floor, take a look and hit undo to replace everything like it was, if nothing is there. If you find it, then grab and delete or move it and replace the floor, etc.
Probably not going to find anything but it might be worth a shot if nothing else.
