Go out and about and look around at other sims that aren't your own.What happens when the bug occurs? Townies have 3rd trimester size bellies when they're not pregnant, I've seen both females and males affected.What do you expect to see? Only sims that are actually pregnant to only have 3rd trimester size bellies.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Neutral/Not Sure&nbsp;‌Both male and female sims in my game have 3rd trimester size bellies when they're not pregnant as they don't have the pregnant walking style and walk around with the normal walk style.

@SimmerStar4I just went into my game and tried to pull a newly generated sim's belly out as much as possible and at most it was about 1st trimester size. The sims I see have 3rd trimester bellies, there are skinny all the way to fat sims with 3rd trimester bellies. I have also looked at some of the townies in CAS like you suggested and they have seemed to generate with the 3rd trimester bellies. One of my sims that I aged up, generated with a 3rd trimester belly so maybe it is normal. thanks for help.

@Ghoul_Silvrr&nbsp;Have you checked in CAS if the townies in question just happen to have generated with their stomach outwards? Sims' stomachs can be pulled outwards in CAS and some townies generate with that appearance.Hi! I'm SimmerStar4 (they/them). I'm not an expert on game issues, so don't take me as one! I'm just a Sims player who wants to try and help fellow players, and who finds game bugs and issues interesting.

@Ghoul_Silvrr i have seen this too! a male teen just standing around in the magic realm looked clearly pregnant but was a teen! it was a randomly generated sim too.

@AbbyAaron27 Are you also playing with content in your Mods folder? This sounds a lot like broken mods/CC or even by intent for some mods (not ones supported here, though).
