Game files not appearing in game. When I open my saves folder for the Sims 4 in my files, they're all there. But, when I open the game to play, it only gives me the option to start a new game and there is no load game option. I cannot access any of my old saves and my game settings have been reset too. Please help.
@dinosauyrzz Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Check OneDrive or iCloud Drive, respectively, for your missing content.
@dinosauyrzz Please make sure the saves are in the folder the game is actually reading. Here's how to check:

If that's not the issue, please post a screenshot of the contents of the saves folder, as in, I'd like to see the files themselves.
