Gameplay Mods: Broken, Obsolete, Unsupported
KEY: LE = last exception; obsolete = the mod is a bugfix that’s no longer needed (and may cause problems if left in!) OR the creator has replaced it with a different mod; unsupported = the creator won’t be updating it if it breaks; adopted = another creator has taken over the mod
General Categories
- all “washing dishes” fixes – obsolete and cause game issues now
- many presets, sliders, and default replacements listed in [MOD/CC RELATED] Sims have a Shattered Buggy Face
- world-copying mods – none currently released are supported/working. NOTE: For this category of mod, if you remove these mods, those saves won’t be fully usable, and all such mods had previous known issues
- Custom preference categories that are NOT supported by Zerbu’s Custom Preferences Mod
- custom holiday traditions not updated after the July 2024 patch: minor tuning issues may result in gameplay issues
- Child and Teen custom Aspirations from before the July 2024 patch
- custom loading screens that use the EA plumbob and that weren’t updated after the October 2024 patch
- main menu replacement mods from before January 23, 2025
