@KreiterMark    Hello!  For the Career Day event to work properly your teen sims must be at school; meaning you must follow the teens to High School and be actively playing them.  The teens will have a morning class first and then after the lunch break, there should be a prompt to go to Career Day which is held at the school auditorium.

If you send your teen to school from home and they disappear from the home lot, you will not get a prompt for them to attend Career Day.
