@harperrr12  It is entirely possible, unfortunately, that your mods and custom content were corrupted during the data transfer.  To test, please download a fresh copy of one mod or cc item known to be compatible with the current patch level (1.88) and test it.  If it works, but none of your current ones do, the only thing you can do is redownload everything.

If the new mod or cc item doesn't work, move your Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and start the game to create a new Mods folder, then repeat the test.
