Getting exactly the same which is incredibly annoying. They better have it fixed immediately.

Mine now work since turning off my mods. 😭

i got the exact same error code, my game doesn't let me enter any household and when in build mode i cannot save the game. i took out my mods folder and the game ran but i don't want to play without my cc. what do i do???

I just got the same error code. As much as we pay for the games & our computers, on top of being forced to learn all this tech just to play the minimum game is highly frustrating!!! Please fix this ASAP🥺

Exact same thing is happening with me as the other comments, with the same error code 403:8717c2e9:20314deb. I really hope they fix this without us having to fully remove cc. I have invested so many game hours into building and I'd hate for this update to ruin it all. I swear I always dread new updates because there is always some problem.

Same for me, plus my 'main menu' icon and 'manage households' icon are both the same!!!!! 😓

Having the same problem! I Tried repairing game, I tried deleting cache. Nothing works 😭😭 when are they going to fix this?? 

Have the same Probleme Error Code 403:8717c2e9:20314deb so the Game I payed over a 1000 € for is not playable again its an Impudence 

Unfortunately not play until the game and mods are fixed. Which will take a lot of time. You will need to update all mods that have been effected. I'm in the same boat unfortunately, I also don't enjoy my game without my mods.

Same, I wish the updates were optional.

I deleted all my trait mods / ts4script mods. except BBB, BE exception  and ui cheats. Then deleted cache and repaired my game. That seem to fix the problem. I hope someone has a better solution. I need my Trait mods.

Retaliate101​ You can use the lists in Broken/Updated Mods & CC to find mods that have been updated or cleared as compatible. This particular issue isn't one that I've seen reported for any current broken mod, though. If you identify a cause of it in testing, please let me know.

Hello. Is this getting fixed? We need to be able to save our games and actually play the game we’ve invested so much money on. Disabling mods is not an option. You know people use mods, that’s never going to be an option. I’ve checked and my mods are all fine and updated / not broken. What is the issue? Get it fixed. This needs to be a priority. 

SirNedNash​ EA is not responsible for how mods function, and mod creators know that.

Have you tested in a new save with no mods or CC? 

I'm happy to look at a list of your mods generated using the instructions at the end of How to Use Mods and CC to find issues you might have missed.
