Unfortunately, it didn't work. I did everything you asked but should I maybe leave the mod folder in when I repair it? not sure but thanks for the start.

@playerflolifer Just to clarify, you moved the mods folder out, deleted that localthumbcache file and then ran the repair before launching the game to test, is that correct?
- @JonaO703 It worked! The one difference I made was putting the mods folder in my document folder and then moving them back to the Sims 4 folder after the repair. tysm!
