@SParR0WSx When you removed the Mods folder, did you also delete the file called localthumbcache?

Hiya, yes I did, I was advised to get sims4studio and update misc. in the batch fixes which I’ve done and everything was a success however the only thing that has changed is the sim in the corner of the home page now has clothes and hair again, nothing else has changed

@SParR0WSx And you've completely gone all the compiled lists in Broken/Updated Mods & CC ? If so, it's time for a  50-50 

@luthienrising I don’t have any broken ones unless there’s some that I’ve missed checking but majority of them were updated to DirectX11 last night when I updated them as per Harrie (the creator heyharrie/houseofharluxe, etc) post on Patreon on how to directly sort the problem. What’s the 50/50?

@SParR0WSx It's an efficient testing method for going through your mods to find a culprit mod. If the game works for you with a new, empty Mods folder and you deleted localthumbcache, then you *do* have a broken mod. Just one that still needs identifying. Please keep in mind that not all mods are reported on at this EA site.

Hey @luthienrising, I had same issue but solved after moved my Mod folder to Desktop and then moved it again. I have also delete localthumb. But after I play the game, I noticed the color slider really make a strong different, like some the texture from my furniture and clothes are not fully function like it used to. May I know if you have any other option to download Color Slider cc?

@flovysmeea The Color Sliders for CAS mod has been updated (it had an update October 1) and is fully compatible with the game now. I don't know of a color sliders mod for build/buy items. The closest is Carl's ColorPicker Mod, which is compatible with the current game version.

Not all your mods will have been causing the homepage to glitch. Catch up on updates at Broken/Updated Mods & CC  (I'm about to add a new post at the end of that) and then try again. Instructions on narrowing down which mod is causing an issue are here: 50-50
