@pinkypop14 Here are instructions for a factory reset:
However, you may want to first remove the UI Cheats mod, if you have it, and delete localthumbcache.package as well. That's the most common cause of this particular issue.
thanks! i have the ui cheats mod and the thumbcache so i’ll try deleting them too
