everyone..i finally found what mods is it .. after so many hours it took me and a repair...it was the explore mods by KS..it is not LilMsSam mods. Although try to update that mod incase something weird happen..I too was thought it was Lil Ms Sam mods..but it is not..maybe it is different from me.. but atleeast now i have the 'hire a service' and 'order a delivery' now..
