Re: [Patch 1.117] When Loading Household, Game Returns to Neighborhood Select Screen

So i havent played in a bit, but a few weeks ago i came back to play and the game opens and i can create a character but when it comes to actually playing the game, it doesnt work. Like i have my character and i go to click the play button and it just kicks me out to the main menu every time. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that hasnt done anything to fix it. Please help, i've spent so much money on this game.

Just to clarify, the game opens fine but when i actually go to play, like when i click on a household to play with, the game kicks me out to the main menu.

You have a broken script mod that broke from the aug 19th disable script mods on the launcher and reload the game if can get into a household then you have to find which script mod is broken.

Are you a mod user? The August patch broke many, many script mods, with this being the symptom, and these are still the ones most likely to be your problem. Use the Previously Broken mods and CC for many (not all!) mods that have no updates. Use “Updated” in the Broken/Updated Mods list for patch 1.117, but note many are not yet updated or cleared in the current list.
