Re: [Patch 1.117] When Loading Save, Game Returns to Neighborhood Select Screen

In regards to the Sims4, I just got back from a 2 week vacation and was so looking forward to designing a house for a family I just created, so I resumed the game from the home screen. I selected the lot the family was on---it brought me the "Residential Worlds" So I tried selecting just build on the lot---same issue. I then tried to play a different lot/different family and I was brought to the worlds screen. I tried a different world and still was brought to the worlds screen. I have mods, but I don't know which could cause this problem. I also tried restoring and playing on previous saves, and that did not work either redirecting me and presenting the same error. I am able to create a new sim, but I have not followed through with that scenario yet. I tried repairing, I tried updating my mods. I bought a new laptop because the game would not even load on my old one, so much that EA support and Dell support gave up on me. I did update the game before I started playing last night. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it an easy fix?
