@Pb7697Ab02 Hi. There are a number of different things going on here.

One is that if you make certain changes to a mod's setting from in-game many of those setting may require restarting the game in order for them to take effect. MC Command Center has several settings like this, for example. If you have mods/CC set to "off" in your Game Settings and turn that "on", you also need to restart the game for the mods/CC to be seen.

Another possible issue is that you have OneDrive running to sync your Documents folder. OneDrive and Sims 4 really don't get on well -- it likes to reset you to your previous state, and you don't want that. Unsync OneDrive.

A third issue can be forgetting to delete the file called localthumbcache when you remove a mod. It holds cache that can affect mod function.
