What have you tried? Asking because if you’ve really tried everything there’s very little anyone can do to help you. But if you list what you have actually tried maybe we can think of something you haven’t which may fix it.

I tried:
1) updating origin as well as the game itself
2) repairing the game
3) logging out and restarting/shut down my laptop
4) updating my laptop and then logging in to origin
5) reporting the problem to origin
6) deleting origin and reinstalling
At one point, it actually opened. However, when I enabled my mods it stopped working again. But I also have went through all my mods, updated the old ones, deleted ones that don't work, and just overall deleted ones I felt may have been conflicting with the update. If there are other alternatives I will gladly try them.

Clearly it’s your Mods that are causing the issue. It doesn’t matter which mods you feel may be causing the issue, it’s simply down to making sure they are all compatible with the current patch level of the game and removing the ones that aren’t.
