Does your game work with no CC whatsoever?
If that's the case something in the mods folder is definitely broken. It may be more than 1 thing so keep looking via the 50/50 method until you absolutely sorted through everything. It's a chore to do it, but it's a reliable way to find broken CC.
I've kept trying the 50/50 method. I've honestly been doing this for a couple days now and I still haven't found anything. It's like when I take out some mods, it causes more problems in my game. I've tried repairing the game. I've been trying literally everything..
Unfortunately this is a CC/Mod issue; make sure they're all updated and compatible with the latest patch.
