You have replace some MODS nearly everybody uses.
These old versions caused the Cycling.
EA is not responsible.
Kill older versions, replace with fixed MODS (if you use them)
After that Game is running normal.

I've double-checked the mods I have against that list and I've got all the current versions of those. Plus I've tried removing all mods and started the game again, but it's still not loading.
