Residential Rental lot type not available

For some reason I can’t build residential retail units anywhere except tomerang and San sequoia. What is causing this? I’ve tried the increase rental unit cap cheat and nothing. The lot type won’t ev...

@DolphineQ If you narrow it down to a mod, please let me know! If you have Zerbu's All Worlds, update that one too - it should be covering the new pack in the new version.

@luthienrising I don't have all worlds, but it threw hissyfits at his Spawn Refresh and a few others.
Repairing game now, then I'll add back mods and let you know which are the troublemakers ♥

      @luthienrising Removing the mod folder entirely finally gave me the option for Residential Rental.
      Now to test the mods one by one.
      I have a bunch of LittleMsSams and some randoms, outside the common gamefixing mods.
      Should know more in about 30 minutes ♥

    I've heard that in order to be able to choose that option in the other worlds, you can have a sim 'own' the lot. (perhaps a weird workaround for some broken mods?)

    I don't have the pack myself, so I haven't tested this, just thought I'd share 🙂
