I have a family that lives on the 64x64 lot in the horse world. I want to split the family in two and make the lot a rental lot. One of the two families ca be the landlord but the game don't give me that lot type as an option. I can only change it to the hounted or one other lot type. And not to a rental lot. Why is that?
You need to own the For Rent Expansion to have that option.
If you do own that Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
