Romance ... disappeared

My Romance "action" disappeared when I got mods like "Wonderful whims" and "pregnancy overhaul". But when I first downloaded those I had the romance "actions" but now after i exited the game and rejoined it disappeared.. what can fix this?

    Does renaming the Mods folder (to test with no mods) make it reappear? Are you on the most recent mod versions?
