romance social interaction not showing up
PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!
I have two sims, both young adults. I have spent HOURS searching how to fix the missing romance interaction. It has never showed up. EVER. I used the relationship cheap and they are currently "soulmates" and the pink bar is completely full, but when i go to converse with either sim, there are only friendly, funny, and rude interactions available. Its also always the same options almost every time. Like i still see get to know as if they are acquantices. They live in the same household and can sleep in the same bed.
I have repaired the game, no mods, and this is my first world i made. The female sim is my OG sim and ive never been able to flirt or have a romantic option with her.
I am wondering if it has something to do with her, maybe a trait or something hidden?
I have gone through literally everything and researched and tried all the answers. The only thing i think that would work is if someone could look at my game info and see the sim info?
I saw someone do that in an answer forum back in October 2018.
I have attached some screenshots as well.
Please help me!
THANK YOUUU
Here's a couple of things you can try.
Travel away from the home lot and see what happens.
Take a look in CAS to see if there is any family type relationship - sister, brother or any relationship that would prevent the sims from being romantic with each other. Use the CAS.fulleditmode cheat before you take them to CAS. Enter the cheat at the map then take them to CAS from Manage Households. That way, if you find a relationship, you can then change it. If you can't fix it that way, then before you exit CAS, save the household to your library. Then you have some options. First, delete the household from Manage Households after you've saved them to your library. To break the connection between them, place the household to a lot from your library, then go to CAS and delete one of them. Then save that single sim household to your library. Then load the household again into a different lot and delete the other one. Save that single sim household to your library. Then, load them one at the time into a lot to get them back together again. Separating them like that in your library should break any family or other connections between them when they are reloaded. Then it's just a matter of getting them back in their jobs and resetting the household funds back to what it was before you started.
I know it's a bit convoluted and it'll take a little bit of time to do but it should let you keep the sims together in the end and get you the romantic options back. You might want to consider doing it in another save and when you're satisfied that it worked, then move them back to the save they came from.
Hope this helps.
