Script Mods Issue

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game as normal
What happens when the bug occurs? I recently got a new PC. Everything was working fine, I got all my mods from my old PC onto the sims as usual. I recently found out this was all automatically going onto onedrive so I stopped this, restored my files and got rid of onedrive. My sims 4 folder with all my mods looks the same as usual- HOWEVER it now only loads 3 script mods.
I have - enabled and disabled script mods in the game
- Taken all CC and mods out and put them back in one by one. All CC like hairs / clothes are fine, it's just a few script mods and traits mods.
- Redownloaded the mods off the creators website to see if they need updating. They still don't show up.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Same problem. All my cosmetic CC is fine, all script mods are up to date and in the mods folder, however only 3 of them show up.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I updated my game, restored my documents from onedrive and got rid of onedrive on my new pc
