sim don't do after the order (seemlike reset themselves)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? order sims to do something
What happens when the bug occurs? sims don't do the order (cook/do homework/find actor gig). that order disappears and sims reset themselves (they will stretch their arms out 0.1 second then close them)
