Sim Keeps Autonomously Going to Sleep at Full Energy

Hi!

I am not sure if this is a glitch or by design but this is happening with only one sim. No matter how full his energy bar, once it gets around 5PM he keeps autonomously going to bed. Other sims in the household can have less energy but don’t go to bed like he does. 

Has this happened to anyone else or is there any known cause?
