Sim keeps glitching out of bed

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure because it just recently started happening
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim sleeps for a few hours, then randomly pops out of bed, this also happens with other tasks like going to the toilet or doing homework.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes.
