Sims 4 Black Screen (FIXED)

The Sims 4 is unplayable for me and has been for three to four months, I can't get past the bootup/plumbob loading screen, it just shows me a black screen with the in-game cursor. I'm on Windows, I do use mods/cc, and already cleared my cache on both Steam and Origin/EAapp. I even went as far as to go through each mod, one by one, through Sims 4 Studio to see which mod worked or no longer used that might be outdated. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and verified the game files through Steam. I genuinely don't know what to do anymore, it's been frustraiting getting this game to work, I can't even get to the setting screen to at least dissable some stuff.

I found the issue. It was the "More Traits in CAS" mod by thepancake1, It was outdated.
