Sims 4 Bug?

I've never had this issue before so I'm not sure how to fix it. When I load my game, everything is normal, however when I go into build mode and back to live mode All my bars at the bottom of the screen are gone. It won't let me interact with other sims or objects. This also occurs any time I travel to another lot. I attempted to Leave one location to go back home but it wouldn't let me select anything. I've repaired the game but that did nothing to fix it. I assume it's a bug from the latest update, but does anyone have any ideas? All of my mods are up to date to the best of my knowledge, but could it possibly be a complication with one of them?

    Do you have UI Cheats installed? If so, that may be causing the issue. I had the same problem as you and it was resolved after removing the mod. Try disabling or deleting the mod and let me know if that works!

    did you deleted the things you don't need like cache or package folders by any chance?
    also maybe you should check your mods and/or CC's again incase it's because of that (there was a basegame update yesterday, that's why you should check these things again)

     

    i just discovered mine is doing this you've described when i plays a certain scenario

    i have a save without a scenario and the other with a scenario and both saves runs a shop (i thought it was because my sims own a shop from "Get To Work" but then i've tested it with this other save but it's without the scenario and the latter works smoothly)

    do you by any chance play a certain scenario? (i can't remember the exact name but it's the one that has different moodlet lists you need to accomplish)
